Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. only. If we open international delivery in future, we’ll announce it on our homepage website and socials
How long until my order ships?

Ready-to-wear, in stock: dispatch in 1–3 business days.

Customized / made-to-measure: please add +3–7 business days for tailoring prior to dispatch.

During peak/holiday periods we’ll email you if we need extra time—transparency first.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship mainly via USPS and UPS (service shown at checkout). We offer USPS Ground Advantage / Priority, UPS Ground / 2-Day.
What delivery options are available?

Standard: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch (service may be USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground).

Expedited: typically 2–3 business days after dispatch (USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day where available).
Actual times depend on carrier, destination, and weather. “Business days” exclude weekends and U.S. holidays.
How much is shipping?
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected. Free-shipping promos will be shown at checkout when purchasing above $99 or with promo codes.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us. You can also view tracking in your account order history.
We mainly use USPS, you can track here.
Occasionally we may use UPS, you can track here.
Can I change my address or cancel my order?
Changes/cancellations can usually be made within 2 hours of purchase. After that we may already be processing, but contact us and we’ll try to help.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO?
Yes—USPS services can deliver to P.O. Boxes and most APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Some UPS services require a street address. If a selected service can’t deliver, we’ll contact you to switch services.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Occasionally, yes (for example, if a custom item completes later). You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have it, what do I do?

Check with household members/neighbors/building office.

Re-check your address on the order confirmation.

Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

If it hasn’t turned up within 48 hours, contact us and we’ll assist with a trace.

Do you require a signature on delivery?
Not by default. If you need a signature required, contact us before dispatch and we’ll advise on options and any additional cost
What about lost/damaged parcels?
Carrier delays are rare but can happen. Some services include limited insurance; we’ll help you start a carrier claim where eligible. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos and order # by email or notify us by Facebook or Instagram with order #.

Pre-orders or made-to-measure items
If an item is custom or made-to-measure, the product page will note the additional 3–7 business days crafting time before dispatch. We’ll email updates if timelines change
Can I pick up in store?
Of course we do. We have a storefront at 2215 S 7th St, Philadelphia PA 19148. Feel free to check pick up & fitting.
Which payments do you accept for delivery orders?
Online: major cards and digital wallets offered at checkout (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay).
In-person at our storefront: Cash or Zelle.

Any small-team notes I should know?
We’re a small family business; every piece is prepared with care. We ship as quickly as possible and will proactively communicate during unusual peaks (holidays/events).
